Before accepting your loved ones for adult day care admission in our facility, Summit Adult Day Center does background checks beforehand to guarantee that your loved ones are eligible for our services.
Applicants must be in need of supervision and hands-on assistance with activities of daily living like toileting, mobility, eating, and transfers. Present circumstances must be due to certain physical disabilities or cognitive impairments like Alzheimer’s or Dementia.
