Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of our participants through our highly enriched daily programs and fun-filled activities.

Summit Adult Day Center is a facility to accommodate adults from the age of 18 and up
who are functionally impaired and who will benefit from participation in our programs.

Our establishment is in compliance with all title 9 NYCRR 6654.20 requirements. We are also certified by the New York State Department of Aging and The Office of the Medicaid Inspector General.

At our adult day center in Jamaica, New York, we provide a structured and comprehensive program that provides functionally impaired individuals with socialization, supervision and monitoring, personal care, and nutrition in a protective setting.

Summit Adult Day Center is located at 178-02/04 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, New York, and has an area of 2200 square feet.

This location was chosen consciously because of the demographics of the area and it is easily reachable for everyone by train, car, bus, and other kinds of public transportation.

This location is protected by security alarms, cameras, and a buzz-in system with cameras included. The safety features we have are fire sprinklers, smoke and fire alarms, and easy exits.
